Fair-chance hiring leads - 13 months and counting

A few employers in Atlanta say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
