Fair-chance hiring leads - 12 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. Any experience at all would help. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
