Fair-chance hiring leads - 12 months and counting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
