Fair-chance hiring leads - 10 months and counting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 9 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
