Evening and part-time openings around St. Louis - any advice?

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. How many hours do they guarantee?

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.
