Evening and part-time openings around St. Louis - any advice?

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Is the schedule really fixed?

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.
