Evening and part-time openings around Spokane - 21 weeks in

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Spokane. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Is the schedule really fixed?
