Evening and part-time openings around Salt Lake City - what worked for you?

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Salt Lake City. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Is the schedule really fixed?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
