Evening and part-time openings around Sacramento (Sacramento)

A grocery chain and a hotel near Sacramento are hiring part-time staff. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. How many hours do they guarantee?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
