Evening and part-time openings around Richmond - any advice?

A grocery chain and a hotel near Richmond are hiring part-time staff. Thank you in advance. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Is the schedule really fixed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
