Evening and part-time openings around Richmond - 11 months and counting

A grocery chain and a hotel near Richmond are hiring part-time staff. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
