Evening and part-time openings around Raleigh - first time posting

A grocery chain and a hotel near Raleigh are hiring part-time staff. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
