Evening and part-time openings around Portland - what worked for you?

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Portland. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
