Evening and part-time openings around Phoenix after 16 years as a machine operator

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Phoenix. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
