Evening and part-time openings around Milwaukee - any advice?

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Milwaukee. I worked as a web developer before this. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.
