Evening and part-time openings around Memphis, IT help-desk technician here

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Memphis. I am in Memphis, in case local advice matters. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. How many hours do they guarantee?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
