Evening and part-time openings around Madison (Madison)

A grocery chain and a hotel near Madison are hiring part-time staff. I am in Madison, in case local advice matters. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. How many hours do they guarantee?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
