Evening and part-time openings around Louisville - what worked for you?

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I worked as a web developer before this. Some roles have a small tuition benefit.

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
