Evening and part-time openings around Knoxville - what worked for you?

A grocery chain and a hotel near Knoxville are hiring part-time staff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. How many hours do they guarantee?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
