Evening and part-time openings around Kansas City (update)

A grocery chain and a hotel near Kansas City are hiring part-time staff. It has been weighing on me all week. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
