Evening and part-time openings around Kansas City, medical assistant here

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Kansas City. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
