Evening and part-time openings around Hartford (Hartford)

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Hartford. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?
