Evening and part-time openings around Detroit (update)

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Detroit. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. How many hours do they guarantee?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
