Evening and part-time openings around Cincinnati - any advice?

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Cincinnati. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
