Evening and part-time openings around Chicago, graphic designer here

A grocery chain and a hotel near Chicago are hiring part-time staff. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
