Evening and part-time openings around Buffalo - first time posting

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Buffalo. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Is the schedule really fixed?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
