Evening and part-time openings around Boise - any advice?

A grocery chain and a hotel near Boise are hiring part-time staff. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. How many hours do they guarantee?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.
