Evening and part-time openings around Atlanta (update)

A grocery chain and a hotel near Atlanta are hiring part-time staff. I worked as a store manager before this. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
