Evening and part-time openings around Atlanta after 3 years as a social media manager

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
