Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - what worked for you?

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I am in Baltimore, in case local advice matters. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
