Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - what worked for you?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I am in Madison, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
