Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look (update)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a payroll clerk. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
