Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look (update)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. It has been a long 4 weeks. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
