Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look (update)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a retail manager. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
