Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look, nurse's aide here

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
