Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look (Kansas City)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a payroll clerk. It has been a long 12 weeks. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
