Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look, IT help-desk technician here

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an IT help-desk technician. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
