Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look, hotel front-desk agent here

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a hotel front-desk agent. It has been weighing on me all week. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
