Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - first time posting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a procurement assistant. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
