Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - first time posting

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
