Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - first time posting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a medical assistant. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
