Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - first time posting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an IT help-desk technician. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
