I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a medical assistant. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
