Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look (Columbus)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I am in Columbus, in case local advice matters. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
