Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a security officer. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
