Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look (Buffalo)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a social media manager. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
