Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look (Boston)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
