A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I am in Austin, in case local advice matters. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
