Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look (Austin)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a security officer. Any experience at all would help. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
