Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a store manager. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
